This Privacy Policy sets out the procedure for the collection and processing of personal data about you when you use Golita UAB ("Braingym") services or website http://braingym.lt/ ("Website") or by interacting with us through the official Braingym Facebook, Instagram or Youtube accounts ("Social Networks") or by visiting Braingym's premises.

What personal data do we collect about you?

When you use our services or browse the Website or interact with us directly or through Social Networks or visit our premises, we collect the following personal data about you:

  • your financial personal data, such as your financial obligations to Braingym, payment documents, payment behaviour;
  • Your personal data about your online behaviour and habits, which Braingym determines from your online behaviour website http://braingym.lt/.
  • visual personal data about you, such as video surveillance, videos when you visit Braingym premises;
  • your other personal data that you voluntarily provide to Braingym.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide is accurate, correct and complete. Entering knowingly incorrect data is a violation of this Privacy Policy. In no event shall we be liable for any damages caused to you and/or third parties as a result of you providing incorrect and/or incomplete personal data or failing to request the data to be updated and/or amended following a change in it.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Your personal data processed by us is used solely for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal data to:

  • the conclusion and performance of a contract with you;
  • to contact you;
  • for accounting and debt recovery purposes;

We will retain your personal data collected from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy for no longer than required by the stated purposes of the processing of the personal data, but no longer than 2 years after the provision of the services to you (except for those data that are required to be retained for a longer period of time under applicable law). Video recordings are kept for a maximum of 60 days from the date of recording. Data necessary for the management of arrears shall be retained until the arrears have been recovered, but for no longer than 10 years. When the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of their processing or when the retention period expires, they will be securely destroyed, except for those which must be transferred to public archives in the cases prescribed by law.

Juozapavičiaus g. 9a, LT-09311 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania or by e-mail to brain@braingym.lt with a request to exercise the rights and, at the same time, confirm your identity by providing a copy of a valid identity document or, in accordance with the procedure laid down by law, by means of electronic communications which allow you to be properly identified as the person who has confirmed your identity.

Braingym provides you with the information you request free of charge in order to exercise your rights. However, if your request proves to be manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular because of its repetitive content, Braingym shall be entitled to:

  • charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or the notifications or actions requested; or
  • refuse to act on the request.
