2024m patyriau sunkią galvos smegenų traumą, dėl kurios sutriko kognityviniai gebėjimai. 2025m pradėjau lankyti Braingym treniruotes. Po keturis mėnesius trukusio kurso pastebėjau, kad pagerėjo atmintis, kalba tapo aiškesnė, pagerėjo koncentracija, todėl nutariau užsiėmimus pratęsti.

Be galo džiaugiamės, kad priėmėm sprendimą leisti sūnų i Braingym. Tai buvo vienintelis užsiėmimas, į kurį ėjo su užsidegimu ir labai laukė. Treneriai dėmesingi, empatiški, gebėjo su vaiku susidraugauti ir dirbti labai rezultatyviai. Vaikui lengviau suprasti užduotis, nebereikia nuolat raginti atlikti namų darbus ar paprastas užduotis. Praktiškai visi namų darbai atliekami mokykloje(ko nebuvo anksčiau), tad visi turime laisvus vakarus tiesiog kartu, be pykčių ar kalno namų darbų. Duokite progą sau pailsėti nuo įtampos, o savo vaikui rasti problemų sprendimus pačiam. Linkėjimai nuostabiajai trenerei Miglei, kuri visus 4 mėnesius dirbo su sūnumi!

Braingym užsiėmimai tapo puikia erdve mano vaikui augti ir stiprėti emociškai. Čia labai aiškiai atsiskleidė vaiko stipriosios pusės. Treneriai skatina tikėti savo jėgomis, pastebi kiekvieną pasiekimą ir padeda jaustis drąsiam bei užtikrintam. Vaikas vis labiau pasitiki savimi, nebijo iššūkių ir džiaugiasi savo pažanga.
